Travel Light Workshops and One-on-one Sessions Regulations and Privacy Policy are referred to as the Regulations later on in the text.
Participating in the first free-of-charge one-on-one Travel Light session or making the payment for the Travel Light workshop means that the Participant has familiarized himself/herself with the Regulations and has accepted them. The above-mentioned actions result in establishing an agreement between the workshop's/individual sessions's Participant and Kursy Językowe i Rozwoju Osobistego Progress&Flow, located in Krakow, Siedleckiego 12/2, REGON number 350729030, which obliges both parties to comply with the Regulations.
If some specific information concerns both the workshops and the one-on-one sessions, later on in the text both of these forms are referred to as the Training.
The needs of the Participant are discussed and the range of coaching/training actions is established at the first free-of-charge one-on-one session. These, can, however, be later on rediscussed and modified during the course of meetings.
All the payments for the one-on-one sessions must be made into the Organiser's bank account at least two days before the scheduled meeting. It is possible to change the date or cancel the meeting at least one day before the previously scheduled one. In that case the payment either covers the next session or is fully returned.
Two of the requirements necessary for the participation in the workshop are submitting online a completed preliminary registration form and obtaining a positive opinion from the Organiser.
The Training is not meant as a therapy or a substitute for it.
As the maximum size of the Travel Light workshop group is 12 Participants, the factors conditioning the participation in the workshop are the order of registrations and payments as well as a positive opinion obtained from the Organiser.
All those who are currently being treated psychiatrically, persons suffering from depression and those who have recently suffered an emotional crisis, should definitely consult their decision concerning the participation in the Training with their doctors or psychotherapists as well as the Organiser (please, direct any relevant information to the Organiser at contact@travel-light.pl). Some other possible contraindications to participation in the Training are psychotic and neurotic states as well as psychotropic therapy. As far as physical exercise during the Training is concerned, the Participant takes full responsibility for the intensity and extent to which they wish to participate in it. Therefore, the Organiser will not be held responsible for any negative consequences of not complying with the above-mentioned issues.
During the Training, the Participant has the right to refuse to answer a question or perform a given task, if they are afraid that the task threatens their internal integrity (if they simply think the task is not for them).
In the case of the workshops, the Organiser would like to secure the right to introduce changes into the programme due to unforeseen circumstances being the result of some current needs of the group.
Because of possible cases of the Participants concealing the truth about their psycho-physical health from the Organiser, the Participants take full responsibility for their state of psycho-physical health and behaviour.
The preliminary registration constitutes a charge-free reservation. Two weeks before the workshop the Participant will be asked to confirm his/her presence and make the payment.
Although when the payment has been made, the resignation from the workshop will not be possible, the Participant will be given the chance to preliminarily register another person selected by him/her. This person will later on be obliged to pass the registration procedures. Special cases concerning resignation after the payment has been made will be dealt with individually.
The Organiser wishes to secure the right to change the date of or cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or an insufficient number of entries.
If the change of the date is not acceptable to the Participant, the payment made will be refunded in full.
All the payments should be made into the Organiser's bank account:
72 1050 1445 1000 0092 7024 0055
The Participant's personal data is confidential and collected solely for the purposes of establishing and implementing the agreement concerning the Travel Light workshops/individual sessions. The data collected in the Questionnaire – not required, but recommended :) - will help the Organiser adjust the content of the workshop to cater for the Participants' needs.
If the Participant has not agreed to the processing of his/her personal data for marketing purposes, all the collected data is deleted after the end of the workshop/individual sessions. The Participant has the right to access and edit the data as well as delete it at any moment after having contacted the Administrator via e-mail: contact@travel-light.pl
